Path to True Wellbeing is a Community Interest Company committed to improving the mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing of people across the UK. We believe that everyone deserves access to effective support, and we work hard to make a diverse range of therapies and coaching affordable and readily available. Our team of experienced professionals offers various approaches to assist individuals facing anxiety, overwhelm, lack of confidence, money worries, self-sabotaging behaviours, stress, and more.

The Volunteer Opportunity: Community Outreach Person

We are looking for a proactive and friendly volunteer to take on the vital role of Community Outreach Person. This role will involve:

  • Connecting with Community Groups: Identifying and reaching out to local community groups, organisations, and networks who may benefit from knowing about Path to True Wellbeing’s services.
  • Raising Awareness: Sharing information about our affordable therapy and coaching options through various channels.
  • Building Relationships: Establishing positive relationships with key contacts within community organisations.
  • Exploring Opportunities: Identifying potential collaborations and ways to integrate our services within community settings.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A genuine interest in mental health and wellbeing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable with remote communication (email, phone, online).
  • An understanding of the importance of accessible support for diverse communities.

Time Commitment & Location:

This volunteer role requires approximately one day per week, with flexible scheduling to fit around your other commitments. The role is fully remote, covering the UK, with a focus on reaching community groups and organisations.
