Individual Coaching or Therapy Session (approx 60 minutes):£45
With your chosen coach or therapist, you will gently unpack the personal challenges, worries and patterns standing in your way, Together, your therapist will help you move forward and live a life filled with joy and fulfilment again.
We do not want money to be another source of anxiety. We believe financial barriers should not prevent anyone from accessing life-changing support. That is why our rates are accessible while maintaining the highest standards of professional excellence.
What to Expect:
Your First Session:
Taking the first step toward getting support takes courage, so we want to make your session as safe, welcoming, and anxiety-free as possible. Here’s what you can expect during your first and ongoing sessions.
First session:
- A warm, non-judgmental welcome
- Complete confidentiality
- Questions to help us agree the outcome that you want to achieve
- An explanation of the therapist/coach’s proposed approach
- Some initial work so you experience that approach
- Your decision about whether this is right for you
Subsequent sessions:
- Your therapist/coach will “meet you where you are”
- Further work based on our agreed plan or what you need now
- Tools/Techniques for you to practice at home.

Online sessions.
Through our online sessions, you can connect from the comfort of your own space with secure, confidential video sessions. You might find this a perfect option if you have a busy schedule or if you find leaving the house difficult.
Face-to-Face Sessions
If you prefer in-person connection then many of our therapists provide face-to-face support.
Flexible Scheduling
We know anxiety doesn’t still to office hours and can be 24/7, so we want to work in a way that suits you and fits around your commitments. That’s why many of our coaches and therapists offer appointments throughout the week, including evenings where possible.

A: We never want finances to add to your stress, so we offer sliding scale pricing for those experiencing financial difficulty. Your wellbeing matters, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
If you’re able to pay more, your generosity directly helps us to support other individuals who are struglling to afford the therapy they need.
Q: Are online sessions as effective as in-person?
A: Absolutely. Many clients find online sessions more comfortbale and convenient, and they are just as transformative as face-to-face meetings.

Q: How many session will I need?

Your therapist or coach will discuss this with you in your first session, explaining their approach and gathering more detail from you to establish how many sessions you might need. When booking your first session, you are only initially committing to that one session.
